The DBNA Covid-19 Crisis Initiative
About The Initiative
The DBNA has been on the front lines supporting our Brooklyn communities and beyond. Our work has included funding Brooklyn based community-organizations, catalyzing new organizations through our foundation started program, distributed over 300,000+ tickets, and brought together over 600+ Brooklyn Non-profits.As we begin to face our new normal, and the twin pandemics of Covid-19 and Systemic Racism, The DBNA has launched its Covid-19 Crisis Initiative. So far, through this initiative we have been able to:
Provide over 60,000 pieces of PPE equipment
Provide over 2,000 meals weekly
Provide care packages and support boxes to organizations supporting vulnerable populations
Create public-private partnerships
Support and empower our community partners to continue their work
and more...
Consider supporting The DBNA's Covid Crisis Initiative. Your donations will go directly to support community organizations and work impacting the front lines.
